1. Membership

alpha airways membership is available by invitation only. All membership applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

1.2 Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed annually in advance. Current fee schedules are provided during the application process. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

1.3 Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Booking Services

2.1 Flight Arrangements

alpha airways acts as a broker connecting members with aircraft operators. We do not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by third-party charter companies that maintain their own operating certificates and insurance.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates until confirmed. Final pricing may vary based on fuel costs, landing fees, and other variable factors. Payment is required according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by operator and booking. Specific cancellation terms will be provided with each booking confirmation. In general:

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • Cancellations 3-7 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before departure: No refund

3. Liability

3.1 Limitation of Liability

alpha airways acts solely as an intermediary between members and aircraft operators. We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by operators
  • Actions or omissions of aircraft operators or crew
  • Loss, damage, or injury during flights or ground transportation
  • Force majeure events including weather, strikes, or government actions

3.2 Insurance

All aircraft operators are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Members are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance for additional protection.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of alpha airways or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Linz, Austria.
